One objective behind these tests is to bring in comments and ideas from experts around the world. To that end, the organizers
of this event are extending invitations to a wide range of sailing organizations and individual experts to participate in
a steering committee that will ultimately vote on key elements of these tests. In order to bring forth a full and open discussion,
all members of the committee are asked to provide comments on the Agenda for these tests. This page is devoted to members
of the steering committee. We will add these comments as we receive them:

(2000). He also serves on the US Sailing Safety at Sea Committee. Chuck has worked for West Marine for 20 years and is the
Vice President of Product Development.
